Cancellation, Payment, and Refund Policy

Section 1 - Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in some of our courses within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund. After 7 days since the enrollment, no cancellation or refund is permitted. Only the following courses are subject to 7-day Refund Policy: 

  • Level 1 - Hangul & Pronunciation
  • Level 2 - Easy Korean Reading
  • Level 3 - Easy Korean Speaking
  • Level 4 - Korean Grammar 102

All other courses that are not listed above are final sale, and they are non-refundable. We expect our students and users to be careful with their purchases on our website. 

 

Section 2 - Digital Product Refund Policy

All our digital products are non-refundable, which includes but is not limited to ebooks, audio books, and PDFs. Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If you have any questions regarding our digital products, please contact us at [email protected].

 

Section 3 - Payment Policy

All course fees and digital product prices are due at the time of enrollment or purchase. We accept payments through our secure payment gateway, which may include credit card, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment methods. By enrolling in a course or purchasing a digital product, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

 

Section 4 - Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or family emergency, we can extend the time you can access the course and any included 1:1 training sessions. Please contact us at [email protected]. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

 

Section 5 - Course Access

Once you have enrolled in a course, you will have access to the course materials for a specified period of time. Course access may be extended at our discretion. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if we suspect that you have violated our terms and conditions.
