Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to audios, videos, illustrations, images, dialogues, quizzes, class/course notes, and dialogues (collectively, "Course Materials") are owned by RedKim and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Limited License: Upon purchase and enrollment, RedKim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.3 Prohibitions: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service or Course Materials without express prior written permission by us. Sharing course access credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and a potential violation of law.
4.1 Access Provision: Course access is granted only to the individual who made the purchase and is enrolled in the RedKim school.
4.2 Access Duration: Once you have enrolled in a course, you will have access to the Course Materials for the specific period of time stated on the course sales page at the time of purchase. Access duration may be extended at our sole discretion.
4.3 Termination of Access: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our Services if we suspect, in our sole judgment, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, sharing access credentials or unauthorized duplication of Course Materials.
5.1
Live Sessions: If the Service includes live coaching or classes via platforms like Zoom:
- Recording: Live sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and for the benefit of participants who missed the session. By participating, you consent to being recorded. You will be notified when a recording is active.
- Conduct: You agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct during all live sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant disruptive to the learning environment without refund.

Price Changes: Prices for our products and Services are subject to change without notice.
6.2 Service Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof), including the Course Materials, without notice at any time.
6.3 Liability: We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
